"The Rose of Cimarron", Ms. Dunn was 14 when she became involved with George "Bittercreek" Newcomb a founding member of the Doolin Gang. She would often travel with George so that she could go into town for supplies while he hid out. She was known to carry ammunition and even fight to defend and protect George. Her two older brothers were bandits but later became bounty hunters and killed George.
