Another view of Piper Airport in Lock Haven. I like having little bits of architecture nestled into the landscape while working on watercolors outside. The airport provides a slow show of activity that I can steal from and riff on. The occasional human walking around the periphery, the wind socks fluttering, a buzzing cub silently landing right under my nose, all at a speed that is graspable with small brushes and paper.
